Frequently asked questions

How fast is the machine delivered?

The target is within 5 minutes after payment when a suitable machine is available and passes readiness checks. If no qualified machine can be assigned after wallet debit, the system refunds the wallet according to policy.

What happens to my data after expiry?

The machine is locked during the grace period for the plan type. Renewing during grace unlocks it; after grace, the machine may be reclaimed and data removed.

Where do I get support?

Website tickets are the primary tracked support channel. If you do not have an account yet, contact support by email.

Can I run multiple workloads on GPU machines?

Yes on suitable GPU plans, as long as usage is lawful, follows the acceptable-use policy and does not harm shared infrastructure.
