Connect, pay and manage your machine with confidence

Follow the portal from wallet top-up to accessing your machine (Live connect or Remote Desktop). These steps explain what to save, what to verify and where to recover when something does not work.

Quick start

Use the portal as the source of truth for the current address, account, payment state and expiry.

  1. Open your machine

Sign in, open My machines and select the rental you want to use.

  2. Save the connection details

The Windows username and password stays visible on the machine page (click the password field to reveal it) — you need it to unlock the screen. If the machine page shows an RDP address, copy it including the port.

  3. Choose your device

Fastest: press Live connect (see below). If the machine page shows an RDP address you can also use Remote Desktop on Windows, macOS or Android.

  4. Return to the portal

Use the machine detail page to renew, restart or change the password. Open support if the displayed state and actual connection do not match.

Access with Live connect

Live connect opens your rented machine's screen in the browser, on desktop or phone, with nothing to install.

  1. Log in, open Overview and press 🖥 Live connect on your machine row (or on the machine page).

  2. A new tab opens and connects to the machine screen. The button works only while the machine is active; each press starts a new session.

  3. If Windows asks for a password (screen lock), enter the password shown on the machine page. On a phone, tap to click and drag two fingers to scroll.

Top up your wallet

Only use a payment channel currently offered inside your wallet. Channel availability can differ by environment.

  1. Prepare your profile. Open Wallet and update your full name if VietQR asks for it; the name must match the bank account sending the transfer.
  2. Create an order. Choose an available channel and create a fresh order before sending money.
  3. Follow the live order exactly. For VietQR, use the displayed amount and transfer details. For USDT, verify the address, network, amount, rate window and deadline shown on the invoice.
  4. Wait for portal confirmation. Treat the wallet as credited only when the portal says so. If you already paid but the order remains pending, use its manual-review action or contact support.

Rent and renew

Review the displayed price, balance and term before confirming a charge. After a rent or renewal completes, verify the resulting expiry.

Receive a machine

  1. Choose an available plan and make sure the wallet has enough balance for the displayed term.
  2. Confirm once and wait for the result. The delivery target is within five minutes when suitable capacity is available and passes readiness checks.
  3. If handoff succeeds, save the password immediately. If final assignment fails after a debit, check the result and wallet refund before trying again.

Renew a rental

  1. Open My machines, choose the machine, select an offered duration and review the amount.
  2. Confirm the wallet charge. An active rental extends from its current expiry; always verify the new expiry shown by the portal.
  3. Automatic renewal still needs enough wallet balance. Check its outcome and do not assume it guarantees uninterrupted access.

Troubleshooting

Check the current portal state first. Do not disable your firewall, antivirus, certificate checks or other security controls to make a connection work.

Live connect does not open

  • Reload the Overview page and click Live connect again; your browser must allow the new tab.
  • If the machine page shows No signal, click Power on (if available) and wait 3–5 minutes.
  • Still stuck: message Support with the machine code and a screenshot of the error.

A payment is still pending

  • Open the same order and check its status and deadline before doing anything else.
  • Verify the sent amount, sender name or crypto network against that order without exposing the credential or payment link.
  • Use manual review when offered; do not create a duplicate transfer to force confirmation.

The password was not saved

The password is shown on the machine page. Use Change password for a new one — it is shown there too.

Still need help?

Open the support area and include the machine code, time, portal state and exact error text. Leave out passwords, OTPs and recovery codes.

Frequently asked questions

Can I view an old machine password again?

Yes. The password is shown on the machine page while the machine is active. Use Change password to replace it.

Which payment channels should I use?

Use only channels currently visible in Wallet, such as VietQR or USDT when enabled. The portal order contains the authoritative amount, destination, network and deadline.

Do I lose days by renewing early?

An active rental extends from its current expiry. Review the current expiry and selected duration before confirmation, then verify the new expiry after completion.

Is data deleted immediately at expiry?

Yes. Without renewal, the machine is reclaimed right at expiry and all data, software and accounts on it are permanently deleted — there is no holding period. Back up before the deadline.

Should I accept every certificate or identity warning?

No. Compare the destination with the current portal address. Stop and contact support if the warning names a different or unexpected host.

1–167 hour rentals use hourly pricing plus a one-time $2.00 setup fee. Renewals have no setup fee. Failed delivery refunds rent and setup in full.

Windows reinstall: $2.00 per request, once per 24 hours per machine. Erases all data and issues a new password. Expiry stays unchanged; system failures refund the fee.
